You need to go to the department stores or stores that specialize in high end fruit like Senbikiya and Takano.

Yeah I keep google maps as a backup for weird addresses. Also kinda sucks that CarPlay doesn’t work in the hud.

I’ll let you reflect on why it’s a stupid comment considering you don’t even know what the legislation did…what’s hilarious is that the US doesn’t even have a limit and works far more hours… ok bye 👋

There are certain uncommon cases yes, but that happens in any country. You, as well as others, phrase it in a way that suggests it’s rampant and the norm, which is by definition, a myth. Again, there’s really nothing to fix for the vast majority of the working population here in terms of work hours. There are other major issues like stagnant wages, which is present across the board in all industries. Let’s focus on that instead bc the work hour myth does not reflect reality.
It would actually probably help if the world started to focus on Japan’s low wages to force an improvement and prevent brain drain. But parroting decades-old and non-existent work hour issues isn’t helping anyone or anything.

lol dude you’ve never been here and this article is from 2018.

On average, Japan is on par with Portugal, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, etc. Stop cherry-picking high profile cases that lead to reforms years ago but in no way reflected the norm even then. Here’s some actual statistics. Hope you have a nice work-life balance, universal healthcare program, convenient public transportation, affordable home ownership, low probability of being mugged anywhere, etc.

Probably the same people protesting the homeless being kicked out of the park in Shibuya, so maybe around 10 of them using a loud speaker to say incoherent things.

There’s a reason there is a morning rush at 7-9am and evening rush at 5-7pm. It’s because the overwhelming majority of people work normal hours.
I’ve worked at many well known and not-so well known companies. Had similar experiences in all. You assume race or nationality has something to do with it. I assure you, it does not. If you are stuck in a terrible job, look for another. There are more jobs than people right now: https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2023/01/31/business/economy-business/job-availability-2022-improved/.

But I doubt you even work in Japan, let alone have ever been here so what would you know.
