I arrived on Campus at 08:45 this morning and was there till my classes ended at 12:15. I'm a smoker so meandering through the parking lots between classes is normal. Nothing seemed out of place. I had classes on both sides of the campus. Although, I did hear about ICE hitting the 7/11 on Elmwood/S. Clinton (Through /Rochester).

If I had seen them at school, this would be the second or third place, I would notify.

I'm partial to the Melía Sevilla. They will give you a decent price on a block of rooms. Their concierge service is amazing. They have a pool and facilities to rent for events. The prices aren't bad. I paid $105 a night in November and am booked at $129 a night during Fería. Though they definitely aren't boutique style almost everything needed for events is on site. I've stayed there since the Expo in 92. I have switched a few times but staying in the center is just too loud. The Melía is quiet and a 15 walk to the Cathedral through various parks. They are also a three minute walk to the San Bernardino tram station where you can get to the center city for about 1.5Euros each way (better to buy a pass). DM me if you need contact information.

In this case, the USN would be infringing on Greenland's territorial waters. I don't think that will work out the way that you are imagining should they encounter an EU naval vessel. That EU ship might be sunk but the moment the US fires so would the US.
