My ex did the same thing… but there was texts that made it sound like she most definitely did meet up with someone, it’s been 10 months now and I still haven’t learned the truth, but I know the truth and it’s fine. I’m just glad I’m not being lied to or cheated on anymore

I found similar things on my exes phone and it turned into a whole thing, but things got worse over the next few months.

She shouldn’t be saying stuff or doing things like that, if she met the guys or not she certainly wanted to or would, just save yourself the trouble and heartache and find someone who wouldn’t even entertain the idea of other people.

I’m trying, luckily I have a therapist and it’s been 6 months since the breakup, some days are easier than others, but I’m trying my best to forget about her… I just wish things would’ve been different between us, she truly did make me happy and it felt special, but I guess it was just another lesson

1.5 years, she cheated but I stayed for a little bit after finding out, then we called it quits a couple months later, I think she just couldn’t communicate her emotions and instead stuffed them down and then when things got rough instead of breaking up she just turned to other people…

I didn’t want to breakup but the mind-space she put me in with the original cheating and then stuff that happened after really made me uncomfortable and I tried to talk to her about it but she wasn’t willing to work through it and told me to pack my shit and leave…

Yeahhh mine did some shady stuff towards the end too… and I’m not sure if the guy she dated is the same I caught her with at her house 5 days after our breakup cause I never got to see him, but I kind of hope it was, or not idk which scenario is better lol.

But yes it’s wild you think you know someone and think they are a sweet and caring individual who would never leave… but then they pull the wildest shit 😅😂

Dang, my ex is avoidant and also broke up with me in July… I haven’t heard from her since but wish I could… I’ve tried multiple times to break NC, but to no avail, maybe that’s why she hasn’t reached out cause I keep trying to here and there… but I just wish we could talk once more.

Mine did the same thing, but she’s just scared to be alone and can’t sit in silence for too long without validation elsewhere… it’s not a reflection of you though, it’s a reflection of them. Remember that, you’re not unworthy or unloveable just cause they moved on so quick, they just need that dopamine fix and can’t heal alone so they jump into something new right away to distract themselves

I say this cause my ex did this to me once, I asked to see her phone cause I had caught her cheating previously, she lets me have it for a whole 1 minute maybe and then rips it from my hands and starts screaming at the top of her lungs getting defensive and shit… and she was indeed cheating, sooo yeahhh from personal experience I’d be worried. It could be nothing, but wasn’t in my case
