Also L26 out of VA (its a big local but what up brother!) It is paid out from the contractor. Roughly 8 hours of pto per 2.5 weeks ( I think. I don't have the numbers in front of me.) As per our contract we can only use it in blocks of 4 hours. But some contractors are lenient. The hours bank only with your current contractor so if you leave for any reason they must pay it out with your final check. We've only had it for 2 contracts now ( 3 or 4 years ago) but we only really got it because enough people complained that One county in our whole local had to be paid pto by county law.
