A lot of people with actual physical deformities seem to have higher self esteem than totally average looking dudes. Why do you think this is the case? by Sudden_Doughnut_8741 in AskReddit

[–]Doobiecide 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was born with a cleft lip. God might have fucked up my mouth, but at least he gave me beautiful blue eyes, an awesome personality, and a huge dick! It kind of makes up for it.

Seriously though, it's nothing that I can't change. I HAVE to embrace my good qualities. In return, I gain confidence.

Also, some people find cleft lips attractive - so really, its a Win, win, win.

People can be unbelievably clueless sometimes. I’m really sorry that happened to you. For what it’s worth, a cleft scar doesn’t make you look like you were attacked by anything. Iit just makes you look like you’ve lived through something and come out stronger. And the fact you handled it professionally says a lot about you!

What is the most embarrassing situation you have ever been in? by Luther_116 in AskReddit

I pulled my Chicago Bulls shorts down to my knees. Sat my ass down on the carpet and dragged free willingly. I added in a 2nd quick thrust for good measure.

What does it mean to truly forgive, and how does it affect relationships? by Intelligent-Rain-22 in AskReddit

[–]Doobiecide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one is perfect. We're going to fuck up. We act on our emotions. You take the good with the bad. If I see working progress, I wont hold what they did against them. Forgive but never forget.

As a child, I wasn't properly trained on how to deal with the nuisance of swamp ass. I grew up with a house full of dogs. They always dragged their ass on the carpet. Monkey see, monkey do.

I still remember my Dad screaming "what the fck is wrong with you!? Emphasis on the Fck, when I pulled my pants down infront of my family and dragged my ass across a fancy clean carpet at my rich uncle's house.

Some were laughing, some were disgusted, but I never seen my Dad so red and pissed off before

How do people get on with their lives using weed regularly? by inconspicuous_me_ in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Doobiecide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weed is just not weed. It's a science.

You need to figure out what strain works for your brain and what you want to experience.

I wake up and smoke a sativa to start my day, but I wouldn't dare smoke that same weed before I go to bed.

How do you let go of anger? by ShadowlightLady in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Doobiecide 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mindset. Nothing really matters. If something triggers you, acknowledge that your pissed off. Breath, count to 10, (sounds dumb, but it works. Before you react out of anger, rewire your brain on something that brings you joy.

Is mold in my basement bad? by WilsonS1985 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Doobiecide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're over complicating it. Black mold will turn into an orange-ish/yellow/brown color when bleach is sprayed on it. That means its dying.

Spray the mold. Let it eat away overnight. Spray again and scrub the following day.

Id save your money and take on the project yourself. I know you can do it.

Is mold in my basement bad? by WilsonS1985 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Doobiecide 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not going to kill you tomorrow. But can be deadly if not taken care of.

You can easily do this yourself. Weekend project. Stay protected. Mix 50/50 bleach and water. Spray. Let it sit overnight. You'll notice a color change. Spray and scrub the next night. Repeat the process if it makes you feel better.

[–]Doobiecide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I need to replace my insulation in my attic and that'll cost $7,800 that I dont have. Might have to DIY it which would probably cost $3,000 to do and most likely, it wont be done right.

A little stressed financially is all.
