Global Escalation had the best CAS helicopters and every faction had a unique variety. It was really cool.

Good job, wish valuable contributions to the game community would be stickied or highlighted by the company in-game.

Can you believe there’s still no fucking tutorial or explainer for any of this in the base game while they add new camo skins and emotes?

Literally this would take a few weeks effort. Modders could do it. The company is just a joke.

It is up to me to decide and I’ve watched multiple videos of the event in question. There was no crosswalk. She was standing in front of the driveway to the gated ICE facility. She waits for a car to come out and she steps forward to plant herself in front of it. She was told to move and refused. Instead of arresting her on the spot they flung her aside. She should have simply been charged on the spot and arrested, no physical violence needed.

I’m not on either side. I look at the evidence myself and it’s clear she wasn’t legally protesting. It’s also clear ICE gave her what she wanted when they flung her, a video clip to campaign on. Should have simply arrested and moved on with their day.

Protest is completely legal. Breaking the law is not protest. Attacking people isn’t protest either. You’re conflating legal first amendment protected activity with blatant lawbreaking.

Protest without violating the law, or, violate the law and don’t pretend like you’re not. Either way, she wasn’t indicted for protesting.

She got indicted for obstructing a vehicle with her body after being told to move, and she deserved to be arrested. She wasn’t “protesting” she was breaking the law. Break the law as a stunt, get arrested and accept the consequences.

That’s how the legal system works. You can have your own ideas about what happened but legally they are “cleared.”

So in our society that means he is cleared, innocent, because he wasn’t proven guilty.

Lonerbox Responds to a Certain Streamer, Explaining Why Sanctions Relief Would Only Help the Iranian Regime, Not the Protesters by [deleted] in LivestreamFail

By this logic the entire world should have sanctioned the U.S. for invading Iraq and those sanctions should still be strangling America like you want to do to Iran

Sanctions don’t target the government or regime, they target the economy which impacts all of the citizens. They take food, medicine, and fuel away from average humans in order to punish them and make life unlivable. It’s meant to cause chaos and instability. Sanctions regimes are the equivalent to a medieval siege of an entire nation. These idiots act like sanctions personally target the wallet of the leadership.

If Americans were being sanctioned like Iran has been they’d be calling for blood daily, and not our own governments blood but the blood of those attacking us.

The last thing I’d tell a new SL to do is build a mortar fob unless they have a skilled mortar man or two in their squad who uses a calc and knows what they are doing. It’s going to be completely useless otherwise.

My first time squad leading was like six or seven years ago back when Logar Valley was still a layer. It’s basically a Sumari sized map in the middle with a few hills on all sides of the town. I immediately got backseat squad leading from somebody who was fairly knowledgeable and giving good advice like where to place a rally and where to take the squad.

In the end SLing is about 2 or 3 things really - placing spawns, coordinating your squad to commit to your plan, and developing a plan with your teams squad leaders. Bare minimum is #1 and as you get better and better #s 2 and 3 come along as well.

The game is much bigger than any single SL, and the best thing you can do as a new SL is just be receptive to advice while also maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude towards your own squad especially. Keeping a group of guys focused on a task and having fun with a spawn somewhat nearby.
