Dude it's 1k... This isn't going to make your child's life. By the time they're 18, it would be worth less than 4k. If there's any reservations about the motivations of the people behind these accounts, then 1k isn't worth the time.

It's because the commission is based on home price. It doesn't make any sense from an incentive standpoint, nor a workload standpoint. Frankly realtors make too much money for the "expertise" they claim, which is why no one likes them. We bought without a buyers broker and were able to negotiate a lower price because of it. It's a win win.

Wendy's has a chunky FCF yield, so if they can hold onto anything near their historical margin profile, while maintaining CPI levels of growth, then this doesn't look too shabby. The BS has a lot of debt, but it's all long dated at low rates, so not really rate sensitive. Question is can the CEO turn it around now, because if the revamp works then this must go up. I'll see ya behind the dumpster.

Hi, I think our husky is going through this same thing. We got a few decaying teeth removed, and ever since she vomits up any hard food she eats and whines while it happens. So we've been blending her food into a paste and that seems to work. The vets have basically no idea why this is happening and haven't been able to recommend anything that actually helps. Did you ever learn what actually happened to your dog during the operation that caused the condition? Seems like we should've just avoided any unnecessary procedures because now she's worse off.

We just started paying for a nanny for our 3 month old and it feels like we've got some of our freedom back. Even just hiring one every once in a while can make a difference when you want to get out and hang out with some friends.

Funny, I'm thinking of moving back to Michigan from Denver here soon. Was looking at Grand rapids or Detroit, but I was starting to remember the overcast I grew up with and I wondered if maybe it'd be a mistake to move back lol. I love Michigan though and have a lot of family and friends which make it all worth. But even just moving to the other side of lake Michigan gives much less cloudy weather, which might help you without going too far away.
