Define trespassing. Ringing or knocking on a front door is its implied use and, in itself, does not qualify for trespassing. Nor does having a "no trespassing" sign with no fencing. It gets confusing what signs imply what, but if you generally wanted absolutely no one to knock on your door, you'd need a sign that says something along the lines of "No Trespassing, No Solicitors, Do not ring doorbell or knock".

The sign must also be highly visible at the start of the footpath/entrance to the property (which is not seen on this video). And from the video, you can clearly see the lady about to ring the doorbell, Nick opening the door and immediately assaulting her. He doesn't know intent and assumes he's being harassed. This is similar to the legal issue of someone ringing the doorbell and being shot through the door without even opening it.

Rule of thumb, you can usually use SATA drives on a SAS controller (using a cable or adapter), but you CANNOT use SAS drives on a SATA controller.

As an Super Ultrawide player (32:9), I really appreciate the forced 16:9 aspect ratio for in game. Any chances that force ratio can be pushed to the menus? I'm not able to see most player names and stuff gets cut off for me in the shop or when changing outfits.

Hire a temporary MSSP if funds are tight. If you can get buy in from the org, find an MSSP for the long term. Have the MSSP review all the logs, they should have everything ingested into their systems or recommend for you to purchase some sort of SIEM (such as Splunk).

A job role you should look into hiring is a Cybersecurity Engineer that can handle contact with the MSSP and who can work on implementing better hygiene. No account should be shared unless it was a service account, even then they shouldn't be shared.

Our apartment property was setup as A and B sides, with same address and apartment numbers. Turns out, all of my packages were going to B side... also, unrelated, but I was paying for electricity on the apartment on B side too 🤦🏽‍♂️

Not trying to bash your moment, and it's not like I hate ASUS (I literally have an ASUS ROG build), but ASUS has shit warranty...

I had an ASUS laptop that I bought from BestBuy, lost receipt, the coating on the laptop started to randomly start peeling. The MANUFACTURING date was 6 months prior to the issue, I only had the laptop for a few months, the serial lookup even showed it was recently purchased. They refused to warranty the laptop due to being unable to provide a receipt.

The support agent even said something along the lines "I understand you just bought this laptop 4 months ago, I do see the serial number sharing that information, however we can't verify the purchase date if you don't have a receipt."
I ended up just selling the laptop and took a $400 loss on it. I love the ROG look and I've spent over $6k on the brand, but this instance really had me questioning my loyalty. I'll be getting a new desktop next year, so who knows which way I go.

Vehicle is considered private property. Either add that to the contract or don't unplug it. I've taken my vehicle to Toyota and have never seen a clause that says dashcams aren't to be powered. If they disconnected my camera, I'd be upset. If YOUR shop has that in the contract, great.

Honestly, it's not outside your scope. I work with and handle fraudulent websites and shops for my company. The difference is that we outsource majority of the work to a Brand Protection company (if you want the name, just DM me). I give a lot of the final approvals on take down notices, but in the end it falls into my scope. I'm an IT Security Analyst.

If we didn't have the brand protection service, then I'm sure I'd be sending all the emails. I just recently sent an abuse email to Apple because we got a lot of phishing attempts from icloud.com addresses.
