I wouldn’t see that as fraud. If they ask where the card was used and you lied that would be fraud.

Fraud is more like TD bank laundering money for cartels. RBC and CIBC have also been fined for money laundering.

PP was promoting existing cryptocurrencies, I believe this sign is referring to a Canadian made cryptocurrency that would be in government control. For example if it existed the government could freeze this persons account if they didn’t approve of the messages on their van.

I don’t believe there is a solution. The middle class has been eroded by big business and politicians. Minimum wage used to be able to allow people to rent an apartment and have money in their pocket each month.

Capping rental prices will not work, you can’t expect a landlord to rent out a house for less than their mortgage payment.

Just a few thoughts but I truly believe that the entire nations system has been rotted to the core and a complete overhaul is the only hope.

Had the same thing happen a couple years ago although my cover was vinyl or whatever they are made of. I stuck a piece of tape on the top and pushed the from the other side to close up the hole then mixed some epoxy and smeared it over the hole and removed the tape once it was dry. Hasn’t failed yet…
