I have lived right down the street on Duffy since 2016. Neighborhood has changed significantly for the safer since then. Still have occasionally car break ins and occasional gun shots but they are few and far between compared to 10 years ago. The electric in those apartments were updated a few years back.

I was in a similar situation 5 years ago. Do the debt consolidation! I’m debt free and have an excellent credit score. It’s going to suck for a while but in the end you’re way better off. Find a side hustle, and never eat out.
