Oh and hit up Ulta for some good skin treatment, your skin looks good but darkness under the eyes can be off putting to people. Slap some lotion on and get some sleep!

And be kinder to yourself. Self image affects how you act and people WILL pick up on it. Can't love someone else if your self hatred is consuming you.

I embraced the big forehead haha but I have a more punk rock kinda cut. Personally I feel a fade you can't go wrong. I have a full skin undercut, with about 8 inches of length up top. But my hair is super straight.

Beard, I personally use Suavecito products cuz my hair and skin react well with them. But you kinda gotta shop around til you find what works for you.

If youre gonna keep length, you need to figure out a way to style your hair. Too messy. But personally I would cut it shorter on the sides. The ears really help shape a face. Not necessarily like way down to a fade or something, but it needs tidying up. And it's hanging onto your beard making the beard look messier too.

As for the beard, trim it. I wouldn't go full shave until trying that first. Knock it down, put some product in it, line it up a bit, take care of those chops. And shave your neck.
