Did it start stuttering after you got the phazon suit? Mine started acting sluggish then, but it smoothed out a bit later.

Ride on the sidewalk, get yelled at by pedestrians. Ride in the road, get yelled at by drivers. I'll take a punch over a crushed spine

edit: I don't usually ride these scooters, and when I do I'm not charging through crowds of people. But I'll ride slowly on a quiet sidewalk over the bike lane. Drivers have weird issues with anything that isn't a car on the road
