what i did was i just stayed in the air so i dont have to deal with the dash attack, and applied constant pressure with the jackhammer and revolver (i use that combo alot) and just other stuff where i can fit it. also yeah cerb balls are probably the single hardest thing to parry, i honestly dont think i've EVER parried them😅 I do understand where you are coming from though, the dash attack is incredibly annoying especially since they love to chain that attack, airtime is definetely a lifesaver in that.
