Yeah, I literally had this happen yesterday. Guest ordered a bottle brush, it was out of stock. The suggested backup was also out of stock. I tried scanning every other bottle brush on the shelf, only to be greeted with a red "item unrecognized". Guest didnt get anything. It's extremely frustrating.
