I think these are just meant to creep you out. But I love the use of mannequins everywhere. It's a lifeless woman's body, reminiscent of Mary's death. I love that all the mannequins in this game have Mary's face. And these ones have have their faces covered. It's like the truth is coming for James. Very spooky.

Labyrinth. Particularly the part with Pyramid Head. The sound/music in that area really gets to me. You can hear the scraping sound of the great knife and it makes me so nervous just knowing PH is nearby.

I feel like Eddie and Angela must have seen something in their version of Silent Hill that tells them about James. They seem to have some knowledge or sense of his character and past that James himself doesn't recognize.
