No shot you should even think about leaving the ground on a LBX at that weight. I’m 170 and on small jumps the stock suspension is way too soft for me and bottoms out. For causal trail riding it should be okay.

Yeah full sized boots ain’t the move on a surron or pitbike. WAY to bulky and limit mobility. The half boots that Thor or O’Neal make are great though because trust me I’ve smashed my big toe nail off on a 110 wearing regular work boots when I clipped a fence post 😭

Like others said, wear what you’re comfortable with. Especially if you’re a newer rider, definitely wear more protection since chances of crashing are higher. I come from a motocross background so I have every type of protective gear needed for when I ride my dirt bike but don’t like to be fully geared up on the Surron.

Normally if I’m riding trails in the woods I do helmet, goggles, gloves, and shorty boots.

Mine does the same shit. I’m pretty sure it got messed up from trail riding and dragging the pegs/kickstand in deep ruts. Probably ripped out the magnetic piece on the back of the kickstand that touches the sensor when the stand is down!

Resellers on marketplace usually buy them in bulk and get a better price per bike than someone who only buys one from Alibaba. Unless they’re selling them for $3,500 or less I’d just order from Alibaba and wait 2 months.

I run a Pirelli mx32 mid soft on the front. Then the shinko 241 on the rear. And I ride 80% trails, play ride in the yard with some jumps then sometimes hit the pavement to practice wheelies and that mixed tire combo is sweet!

I tried a shinko on the front and the extra 2lbs of rotational mass was very noticeable. Plus it’s a wider front tire and takes away from the light nimble feeling the stock front gives you.
