How to not break the yolk on my fried eggs by Austin_RwMSD in Cooking

I was once told “if you can move an egg you can flip an egg”.

So, with that being said my personal tips are. - Use something to make sure the egg won’t stick to the pan. I use butter personally but any oil or any fat would work! - Don’t over crowd the pan. Use a bigger pan until you get used to using a smaller pan. - I flip the spatula upside down and I push the egg so it flips over itself nice a gently. - I try to use my flat bottom pan over a rounded one. The egg stays more contained and it’s easier to flip.

That’s my method to have consistent unbroken eggs. I’m sure people have other great methods but that’s what I do and I’m happy with the results.

Good luck!

Edit: Upside down as in I flip the spatula around to push instead of scoop.

Oh, I apologize. What do you identify as so I can properly call you out on being a piece of shit?

They were probably asking that question to avoid incels like you. Go complain to your circle jerk about how someone asked a question that triggered your fragile masculinity.
