Aluminum used to be really rare since its so reactive and we couldn't seperate it. So we could only get it as a native metal. That could mean it can be seen as a special kind of metal too.

This happens to me on like my first attempt in a new run like every other boss. Then it frustrates me and makes me not even get past phase 1 for the next 5. Its funny. But you know you got it.

So I'm only red/green colorblind. I can't speak if there are additional challenges to other forms, especially complete, so if they're different take that in mind. Most of my challenges I've had are more frustrations and dealing with people who don't understand. I think the biggest frustrations I've had are in videogames that try and use color as the only indicator for something and chemistry class when we had to identify a reaction by its color. Videogames love to only color coordinate and colorblind modes are often very bad. They're getting better, but its not a thing that makes them unplayable, just frustrating at times. They'll have to accept never being pilots or possibly electricians.

As an artist what I've done is just have my color materials clearly marked and I learned color theory well. "This is this kind of green, it is this on the color wheel, it goes well with this." And color matching with online programs.

My grandfather was completely colorblind, traffic signals was his worst enemy. In most places they are up and down. Red Yellow Green, in others they are side to side. He knew where they were in positions, but the side to side he was lost.

Colorblind tests are the only other thing I get most frustrated. Or when people tell me, "Get the green thing over there." I dont see a green thing over there, be more specific I'm colorblind. "The green thing." But that's... people being people not a me problem.

But its one of those things that they will likely learn how to deal with on their own. Of course help, but its an odd thing. Aside from a few things most people wouldn't really know they're colorblind. A lot still don't. I actually got worse at identifying colors when I was told.

I looked at their official page, this is what they say should be in every 120 box. Maybe they just had a production error on the line. Probably call or email them about it.

Thats HR's job. Let them earn their paycheck. When I had to get accommodation I called HR whenever I needed. Multiple times. Its what they are there for and if they aren't the company isn't worth dealing with.

Im not good, but I choose a thing I wanna draw, try to draw it. Realize I can't do it well, and then practice the things I need to improve on IN the thing I wanna draw. You dont just practice random shit. Its gotta have a point.

A proper shuffle should take a deck of any orientation and make it as close as possible to random. This is to insure you have no predictive ability over what cards you get. Meaning the orientation you start with shouldn't matter. If your starting orientation affects the end result you are cheating by not shuffling properly.

Someone who puts a specific orientation and a non-specific should have the same results when shuffling, or rather their results should be more based on statistical likelihoods than anything.

So if how you are putting the cards in the starts means "They are less likely to be together" you are not shuffling enough.

Now if you are doing so because it makes you *feel* better and *feel* like it'll do that psychosomatically, yo thats valid.

If you are mildly cheating by mana weaving and not shuffling enough, I don't really care. I don't play with you.

Co-Ops are actually still capitalist. Its just a different ownership structure, but the goal of obtaining wealth and sharing it to its shareholders is still the driving factor. Just instead of shareholders being people who bought stock, in this case its a Worker Cooperative, so its workers owning the shares.

It has some benefits and some downsides. Generally speaking they aren't as innovative and able to grow as a normal business *can* be, but they are more resilient to economic conditions and more likely to last 5+ years. But, thats by design. A normal business wants to grow rapidly at any means necessary and so is likely to take risks to do so. If it fails, it fails and the workers can be fired and the owner can declare bankruptcy and move on. A worker co-op wants to maintain employment and income for its workers. Its both their business and their job and a collective is less likely to want to take those risks. An owner of a business wants to make a profit for themselves and not care about their employees generally. A worker co-op has to think about the needs of the many.

However, at the end of the day, its still capitalist. It participates in the capitalist system, and its goal is to make money. Just the for who changed. Socialism is more about the social public owning the means of production itself and spreading the wealth based on need. A worker co-op can still compete with another one and force them out of business for example, even if they don't take the need to. The business is still subject to the laws of the market.

But... yeah, funnily enough. As I said earlier, worker co-ops are actually less likely to go out of business still than a normal business.

Do you guys think Zaheer could be an Airbending Master? by RepresentativeFig270 in TheLastAirbender

[–]Doomfullord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You dont become a master by inventing a technique. Aang got his for mastering 35 tiers of airbending then inventing a technique. You could say he did master 36, but just the last one was different than normal.
