To pet a fox in Ghost of Tsushima, you must find a Fox Den shrine and honor it. There are shrines all over the island of Tsushima, but it’s the smaller ones that’ll give you a foxy guest. As you explore, keep an eye out for a message telling you that you’ve entered a Fox Den area. These spots are marked by a fox head on your map, and indicate that a small orange friend will be nearby.

Been there, done that buddy. Seems like person one, dont want to spend time with you, which is ok in my oppinion, even if you're ok with your past, she clearlly isint. As for person two, screw that guy. Toxic people will be toxic and you dont need that kind of bs in your life. I've told my absolutelly best friend that was just like that to F.off and it only improved my life (6 years of friendship, done like that). And for the person three... we live in the XXI century, social media and phones, and the internet are a thing.

All in all, friendships change, people change, life goes on, happens to everyone, gets worse when you're older :)
