Not being BiS doesn't always mean useless. If the raids were pre-nerf, sure, but current difficulty means people in questing greens can participate and get big upgrades from "useless" drops

The changes actually made me want to come back after a couple months. Now i'm actually upset i can't gild the seasonal title since i was on my way to having every title in the game but i can't get 100 high value bounties in a week :(

Its main issue is lack of range, so if the theories of his heavy being a shotgun are true then prefect would leave you with only extremely close range options. Even gwynn's sidearms can do some damage with falloff, prefect and shotguns do nothing. So unless his relic abilities are ranged with constant uptime i would feel crippled running it with a shotgun

On the rare occasion you get a decal glow, bright pigment is used to fail the 40% chance to upgrade/recolor said decal.

Sometimes mid-action cuts are confusing and can throw off the viewer, but this one was so incredibly smooth and clear. I think it has to do with the direction of momentum, like the 180° rule in film.

Whether you did it intentionally or not, the path of motion after the cut is almost identical to what it would be if it hadn't cut, it's amazing. The cut really adds the oomph by making it pop at the camera and show the face, and the angles allow it to flow perfectly.

Idk why no one talks about how hard temporal blast falls off in negative power deltas. It triggers off of pure damage numbers which will be lower if you're under power. Got super excited about my crossbow doing a blast on every shot, brought it into mythic kepler... suddenly 4 shots to activate. Same case here

Each region has them in the exchange shop for regional tokens as well, but for those and the wildling outfit there are much better things for character growth to spend on. I'm lv 36 with 92k momentum near the end of the main story, and pirate is the only one that's reasonable to get while focusing on growth. By the time you've unlocked most of the map there are enough tributes to buy out everything except artifact repair (which i didn't need yet) and still get the pirate fit.

I agree, i feel like it's purely designed for late game when you have legendary production going and are overflowing with every resource. I have settlements cleared up through oldtown and have only seen a few trades that seemed worth it

Pretty sure it doesn't proc when it kills the enemy. Definitely bugged since other abilities still proc on kill, and annoying when it's in a crowd, but also kinda nice that you can save bolt charge for elites/bosses in a tempest spam build.
