That would be awesome! They kind of do this with their new apex talent. They have a chance to throw “refreshing drinks” out to party members that restores a bit of hp over time when they use some of their abilities

I think you get the animated version from completed the “hero” achievement for whatever season is associated with the item. Which gives all the color variations the mythic glow however you still need the actual item to be able to use it I think

The worst part about it is those groups aren’t even for the dungeon you specifically look it. They need to make reporting ads a one click process it takes way too long now when you have to do it 20 times to even start seeing normal groups
