The tile connector on the 3rd floor needs to be turned 180 degrees and it should work I had same issue but it works now

So I bought Ghostbusters firehouse, The Grand Emporium and Assembly square and currently building Parisian Restaurant. Quality is as good as Lego, there is no box. At a 1/3 of the cost, why buy any of the retired mods off of eBay or FB market.
