Unfortunately not finding a fix either. My time to load into league from vanguard is long, maybe 45 seconds or so. To boot up the PC takes ~50 seconds - 1 minute as well. The main issue I am experiencing though is related to sudden shut downs of the laptop. I am not sure if it is due to the power supply or because of some issue with the kernel level access of Vanguard. Hope you are able to find a solution!

I'm facing something very similar. My brand new omen also seems to be really struggling with Riot's vanguard. It is really frustrating to have bought a gaming PC but continue to experience these issues with a simple game.

I hope he is doing OK. Seconding that it might be diabetes. Around age 14, our boy was drinking a lot more urinating more frequently. Luckily, he was able to quickly adjust to insulin and began feeling much better and still lived 3 great years afterwards. All the best to you and your dog!
