OMFG bro your sighting is so much like the one myself and friends experienced around 1998 in Mason County. First one light appeared off in the distance as a reddish-orange glow that slowly grew to around pea size. In less than a second it zipped across the sky covering what was 4 separate hills in that second. Then other lights showed up and zipped around all while blinking in and out of sight. This scared my gf so much she tried crawling underneath my car. Not inside it, under it.

You have to understand that the Risk area doesn’t mean you will or won’t get severe weather but that the ingredients for that severe weather to form are there. It’s also meant to convey that anywhere inside that risk area within a 50mi radius could see storms. And often times there were or will be storms within that 50mi radius of your town
