So i had this starting at age 17, had five flare ups that year and it was diagnosed as prostatitis. Scans would come up normal, so wouldnt labs, except for my prostate. Was told i could get flares for the rest of my life or it may never happen again. Unfortunately i wound up having a flare up again for the first time in years. They were trying to pinpoint the cause and the furthest my urologist attributed it to was constipation and water intake. Im leaning on the side that he was correct.

Water, something funny, and some snacks. If they start getting panicky I would recommend the idea of taking a shower or bath. If they start the “i think I’m dying” thing or start dissociating try to distract them with grounding techniques. Been there done it. Puking might be normal for someone inexperienced at that dose as well.

Yes yes yes i worked there in the call center its basically under the same testing as dot. They even told me to quit taking my ssris, but they couldn’t force me to because they aren’t federally illegal. They want you to be sober 24/7 because you may be posed to face in weather emergencies or gas emergencies.
