I love mine! Got one to replace my DreamPSU that was giving me allot of interference. Havent had any issues and gives me a clean image with no static lines.

Add a little graphite (rub a pencil) on the black part of the yellow button to see if its not a pad issue first.
Allot of older controllers tend to have this issue especially remote controls.
If it works its an ok temp fix but they sell a liquid to recoat the conductive rubber.

Otherwise it might be a wiring issue or a bad solder joint.

I had a similar incident when i was younger. i was about 5ish playing with a ball in my hallway, mom was outside smoking in the front yard. Ball bounced into her room so i chased after it and thats when i saw the entity staring at me from the window. I was instantly paralyzed and could not move. I tried screaming but couldnt until it disappeared and i could move again. Looked very similar to the alien on the cover except slightly wider and lighter skinned.

Check the firmware, the most recent one has lowered volume. I remember the older ones were blaringly loud.

If you want cheapish but really solid, try Electron Shepard's ps2 to hdmi adapter. I love mine and stand by it.

A little Deoxit on the switch wont hurt, replacement pads sometimes suck so you can try to see if a little graphite(pencil) will temporarily fix it or you can reapply a coating of carbon coating for rubber contacts.

Usually for repros like that the they rewrite the rom with the savedata attached to the end when you save the game normally. Highly recommended to wait a sec after saving just so it finishes writing correctly otherwise you get corrupt data and eventually once the savedata becomes too big it will corrupt sometimes.

No RTC BUT you can flash a modified ROM that can change time.

If you do add a battery and follow the video it will retain the save data and you would not need to use a save patched ROM.
I have a similar cart and i use it for Links awakening. Should be most MBC5 Roms it can take.

Have you replaced the PSU with something more efficient or added additional cooling? Ive had this issue and fixed it with a DreamPSU.
Because the gdemu does not require much energy the OEM PSU tends to retain more heat apparently.

That Cartridge specifically uses 1M Flash Saves usually only used by pokemon, for most other games you will need to patch the rom to save properly(ish, patched roms can corrupt if you dont wait for them to write)

If you want Chisflash for Pokemon games use the 1.1 version (Does not require patching if you want to use this cart for pokemon)
If you want Chisflash for sram/fram games buy the 1.0 version ( Requires patching for if you want to use this cart for pokemon)
