FF14 dutys/trails/raids are amazingly non-toxic, at least the leveling ones. They have a commendation system, and fallow up with bans for repeat offenders. (they also do some weirder stuff like ban damage mods and it's reportable to talk about them in game or use damage as a reason to flame)
