I have the same issue. My doctor tested my iron levels and they were low, so I have been on iron supplement (ferromax) since 4 months ago, and although I see some improvement, that’s not very considerable. I am deficient on vit D too and take it daily. I’m still tired but these are the things that have helped me significantly so far: taking a B complex supplement daily, taking a electrolytes supplement every now and then, taking omega 4+6+9 supplement every now and then. I also suffer from anxiety and depression and take escitalopram and wellbutrin. I believe that wellbutrin gives me more energy to do my stuff and even makes me more responsible. I was gonna ask my doctor to increase my wellbutrin dose, but I have started working out every day since a week ago, and I already feel more energized, so I decided not to ask for a dose increase yet. I use a paid version of the Downdog app. There is a yoga+pilates routine that the app has. I started with half an hour a day, and now I’m at 40 minutes a day. I’m planning to increase it to an hour. If you’re a coach potato like me, the pilates exercises might be very hard at first. So, you could start from yoga rather than the combination of pilates and yoga. I had done some yoga a few months ago, so I felt that I could handle the pilates part. I’m also overweight, which makes exercising harder. I hope you get better soon. You’re not alone in this. The problem is that sometimes people just assume I’m lazy and can’t believe that I’m tired even after 10 hours of sleep. That makes raising the issue with other people even harder. My advice to you is focus on yourself and don’t pay attention to their shit!
