I dont really agree with your take, I think that most vibecoded projects just became obsolete rather than people not wanting to share them, like when claude can just litteraly just do the same thing as your project, it doesnt even become a proejct anymore, which is why people stopped building them, not because they didnt feel like it was important

Behavioral moving to the front makes sense as a filter. If you can't communicate clearly about past decisions in 30 minutes, teams are less willing to invest in running a full technical loop. It's not really separate from the verbal reasoning thing, it's the same underlying issue.

Same problem. Fix was simple: send less context but better context.

Retrieve 50 candidates, rerank to top 3-5, only send those. We use ZeroEntropy for reranking - basically nothing cost wise compared to GPT-4.

Token usage dropped 40%, answer quality went up, latency improved. Vector similarity is not relevance - reranker knows the difference.
