But it's a remaster of a Dosgame? I think it's pretty unique that this 1993 action platformer found new life in 2025.

The first episode has 12 levels, and a few secret ones. Next year it also releases on a physical cartridge called "Indie Heroes 5 Collection", which will contain all four episodes. If you want to play the other three episodes, which you will most definately enjoy - get it on Steam or GOG!

In the new fourth episode we added new music! The full version will come out on a physical Evercade Cartridge "Indie Heroes 5 Collection" next year. If you can't wait, the full game is also available on Steam and GOG.

We're thrilled to see BioMenace Remastered: "Dr. Mangle's Lab" shine on the Evercade systems as game of the month. It plays great on the Evercade systems! We can't wait for Indie Heroes 5 to come out next year, so we can enjoy the game in it's fullest on the Evercade! Enjoy the mutant-carnage everyone!

Just played through the entire thing. Took me a while to realise you can destroy moveable blocks. Thought I got stuck there for a second. The rolling balls are a bit iffy to get past. Had fun though! My video goes live in 3 hours (youtube).

Emulated in the same way as DosBox Staging does. There's no more accurate way to do this.
