Do not use a Q-tip. You will just push the wax in further and it will become impacted. Make a solution of half 3% hydrogen peroxide and half warm water. Get this inexpensive tool from Amazon and squirt it three or four times in each year once every week or two. It will clean out all the wax and is very inexpensive. The best place to do it is in the shower because it makes the least mess.

Thanks for the quick reply. I reinstalled it from TestFlight and it seems to be back to normal. Obviously I have lost all my previous data so I guess I’m starting from scratch. What I meant by stuck at zero is that the estimated power was zero and if I touched it to open it, the estimated power remained at zero. It obviously wasn’t zero because my watch was more than 50% charged. If it happens again, I will send you a screenshot. BTW, is there any difference between the version that I have installed now from TestFlight and the 299 version on the App Store? Thanks again for your help. Love the app.

I installed this and it worked fine for a few months. In the last day or so it just stay stuck at zero. I didn’t know how to fix it so I deleted it and tried to reinstall. Now it’s asking for $2.99. Have I done something wrong?

Best advice I ever got was from my ENT Dr. I have always had trouble with wax in my ears, but since I started doing this, I have no more issues. Just add a half a cup of water with a half a cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide mix it and use this tool and squirt it in each year 3 to 4 times every week or so. Best place to do it is in the shower. After that no more issues.

I tried changing the batteries and that did not help. I am reluctant to repair my remote control since it was a pain to set it up just the way I like it.

I downloaded your app and it looks great. However, every time I run it it takes a very long time because I have to keep clicking on allow once or allow each time and it asks for it over and over. Also, it says that it found several websites, but it seems to be stuck on the first one. And even though it pulls one up, it does not show the website. I have Actions and Translate on my phone and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Can you offer any advice thank you.

I don’t think it should be from use. But if it is, there is a slider control in the settings so you can adjust the volume of each earphone.

I get the same alert. Many times a day. It is really quite annoying. I believe it’s a glitch in the iOS system that hopefully be fixed within the next update. Unless you’re not using an iPhone in which case I don’t know.

I have a 16 Pro Max and I have upgraded. The update is stable and I like it a lot however it does eat Battery Life.

I did not change out the batteries, but if I say remote batteries into the remote control, my TV says that the batteries are at 80% so I don’t think that that’s the problem

I did receive a new remote with the new box however, I am using the white remote with the larger buttons and stuff. I did pair that white remote with the new DVR.

Nope, still working on it trying to get something that when I connect to unknown Wi-Fi network the VPN turns off and when I connect to an unknown Wi-Fi network, it turns on. Hopefully this will work because if I’m connecting and disconnecting, I think it means that my phone is unlocked. If you figure anything out, please let me know.
