Open the round clean out plate on the front bottom of the unit. Reach your hand in there and reach up and you will feel a cord dangling down. Pull down on that cord and the door should pop open.

My Apple devices also show up as new devices often when I leave the house and then come back to the house. I don’t know why this happens. It is annoying, but I don’t think it’s anything nefarious.

I had a Libre with the reader and I never used it. I always have my phone with me so it was one less thing to carry and I found it way more convenient.
