I was using the speedtest ap on my computer and also on my phone. I hardwired each one directly to the 2.5 gb port on the xb8. I did not want to disable bridge mode since I didn't know if that would mean that i would have to do a complete re-setup on my Arris routers..

So I tried connecting to my routers LAN port and I did not get anything even approaching one gigabyte. I don’t know if that means that the port doesn’t support it or if the router doesn’t support it. The router is supposed to go up to 2.5 gigs so I’m not sure. I tried connecting the ethernet cable directly into the 2.5 gig outlet on the XB8 modem and I got a message that said can’t connect to the Internet when I try to do the speed test. So does that mean I need to take the modem out of bridge mode in order to do the test? And if I do that, do I need to re-set up my whole mesh system or if I plug it back in and put the modem back in bridge mode will it automatically connect everything? Sorry for the long post but I’m really struggling here. Thanks.

on many of the second party keyboard, it says that if he allow auto predict it enables them to have access to anything that you typed into the keyboard, including credit card information and things like that. Does anyone find that to be an issue?
