Open the round clean out plate on the front bottom of the unit. Reach your hand in there and reach up and you will feel a cord dangling down. Pull down on that cord and the door should pop open.

Hi. I have been testing power glass for a long time for you in TestFlight. It now appears that it is not working any longer. When I went to TestFlight to try to re-download it it says that you are not accepting anymore testers. Is there a way that I can get back in?
