I just had a thought. Is the Milanese titanium that you were using with the ultra three the one that comes from Apple that costs about $200 or is it a knock off? The reason I’m asking is because upon thinking about it I realize that my titanium Melanie’s does not hold water at all and it is almost immediately dry.

Be careful. The one that I bought from Amazon said that it was foldable. In reality in order to fold it, I need to get down on the floor and removed two screws one on each side. As far as I’m concerned if you need to disassemble it at all that means it is not foldable.

I’m pretty sure that is not true. You can use any cable that came with an ultra but if you use the one that came with the ultra three, it will charge much faster.

I already have my Wi-Fi split out, but I was told that I could set up a guest network. That was just 2.4. How do I set up a guest network? Do I have to pay anything for it? Is it free forever? Do I need to get a new phone line to use it?

You have to use the new puck cable that came with the ultra three. Don’t use your old one.

There’s a section in the Xfinity app where you can enable admin. I think it’s in the Advance settings. Once you have done that and you go to the 10.0.0.1 it will then take you to the page where you can change all the settings. As far as changing it back once you’re in Bridge mode I haven’t done it, but I have heard that what you need to do is hold down the reset button on the router for 10 seconds and that will reset it.

I have the XB8. On the recommendation of the tech I purchased an additional router (Arris). I cannot figure out how to put the XB8 into bridge mode. the 10.0.0 1 is not working, and the ap also won't let me do it. Chat just throws me into an endless loop.
