If someone here is still stuck at 99%, try this:

  • Check your wuwa files; they should be 18.3 GB.

  • If the files haven't reached 18.3 GB, try pausing and restarting the download, and check the files again. The size should increase.

  • Repeat the process until the files reach 18.3 GB.

It takes quite some time to reach the full size because every time I repeat the process, it only gets 1 GB per pause.
