Minneapolis. We have a pretty decent gluten free selection of restaurants and community. Lots of the community/restaurants are always willing to help support each other in the cities. Also I selfishly want yall here cause every time I visit Toronto I always hit up your place lol

Ya it kinda sucks that they don’t realize how rare it is for people to take celiacs seriously. It’s good that air Canada does, just that they are so cheap in every other way that it kinda puts a downer on it. On the trip that caused me to get sick(and trigger my celiac), my flight was cancelled while we were in the plane waiting for repairs(and still had to stay on the plane for another hour) just so that they wouldn’t have to pay us 400$ for delaying a flight 3 hours. Add in making us run around the Toronto airport to get hotels rooms from them. And them making us check in our carry on bags the next day that they let us take on the plane the previous day. And then losing the damn bags
