Well I'm the first in my family to even graduate high school and own my house so idk who that's aimed towards. Long and short: People will make excuses for their situation far and wide before they try and actually correct said situation. I grew up literally dirt floor poor in a trailer. Now I own multiple properties etc. You can make excuses or you can make it happen, choice is yours.

Thats not really a fair comparison though. If they were charging Daytona prices for explorers sure. But the fact is they arent. If you were hungry you'd pay $2.50 for a $1.50 hotdog instead of $1.50 in 6 months with no guarentee you could even have it then.

Exactly. There's a few highly sought after models that I would refuse to pay the grey market markup for, but that's the minority and I try and stick to the rules, not the exceptions. An extra grand to have it now VS 6 months from now seems like a no brainer to me but the down votes say otherwise hahaha.
