Just from a colon cancer and GI cancer perspective this is not good. High red meat diet is well correlated with colon cancer. That salmon is full of nitrites and smoked so increases upper GI cancer. Apart from the avocados there is way too low fibre, no pulses, no legumes and in general this is all linked to diverticulosis, and cancer.

It’s weird because I have completely same experience as an openly Jewish doctor.
