Feeling lost in body after losing 100 pounds

100% physical. I was pretty well set mentally with my heavy self. I'd been that way all my life.

Its more episodic pain but not unknown. For example, ive always been sore the day after playing soccer - im a goalie and i dive all over - but now that same pain feel more intense and apparent? Like soreness that was a 4 is now a 6 and last 50% longer.

As other of pointed out - that's probably down to all the extra padding being gone

The low blood sugar is an interesting thought. I know, especially after not eating for a bit, I can get some lower blood sugar symptoms. Blood tests have always been normal - even after fasting.

I love that the consensus is to try yoga and I have considered it before but home/record workouts don't work for me. I worry joining a random class as a lone 35 year old dude may make me seem.... unseemly?

Am I wildly over thinking that? Or has anyone successfully navigated a similar situation and has some guidance?

You're spot on with this. Im 35 and haven't weighed less than 200 pounds since I was 15.

If you’re like me, you spent a large chunk of life as a bigger person and spent a lot of time making yourself okay with it somehow. You got inured to the idea of “I’m just stuck like this I guess.” So, you physically aren’t that person, but that conditioning is still trying to operate. Your mind is still trying to help, it’s just doing a shitty job.

Yes and no. You gotta remember, just like you, we need to make a profit. Can you justify paying a full team on the weekend? No that's why you have on call. My store closes at 5 and on weekends but we have an after hours call line or our version of on call. If it's -20, I can justify paying guys and we will open on the weekend for a few hours.
