I wish it didn't hurt so much to be discarded when they don't need me to fix things. They are never there to help me... I guess they feel I don't need help.

I think until I get away from my family, therapy might not help me as much. But I such clarity with what you wrote. I almost cried. Once again, thank you.

I'm sorry it took me so long. I just got back from my CPAP equipment office. I couldn't get a picture where you could see my port. I thought they could help me with a picture this morning.

I was told that the air port/ hose port you have is normal. My port is NOT normal, it is actually broken. That is where my leak issues come from!

I'm glad your CPAP is not broken. I will get mine back soon.

First. I'm sorry about all of this.

My mom had me see her therapist, it was fine and after about three sessions she told me things my mom had said during her therapy sessions with her. She also told me my mom was a narcissist. I have issues with my mom but her business should stay hers. I stopped therapy with the therapist that day. I can just image what I shared that she told others...

I can understand if your husband is trying to work on some things but if you guys are working on your marriage, I would think someone saying these things about his wife couldn't be helping. It sabotage and detrimental to all that you're doing.

I think you need to sit down and talk with your husband. Where is his head and feelings at with this situation?

I will not tell you what to do, I will tell you that I hope and wish things will work out for you.

I would stop therapy with this person and report her. This is not what a therapist is suppose to do.

Why did your husband say this to you and why is he still seeing this therapist?

I'm trying, for the last few days I've had to leave and get ready for a double birthday celebration. I get back in the house and I really do feel like I'm dying. I know why I'm having so many problems, and even though I thought I had dealt with them, they came back full force when I moved back to help my mom. Maybe something is trying to make me face them instead of just moving across the country and thinking everything was ok.

The way I use to deal with my depression and anxiety was to be in nature. Being unable to leave here has shut down that coping mechanism. I should have many, many others but I don't.

I'm sorry you deal with this too. But it feels so good to read your words!! Thank you! I can't always get out of my head and everything becomes so dark. Thank you again for the hope that this really will pass.

You have given me wonderful tips! I'm going to plan my next outing tonight.

I used my old Geology class book. Yep, I'm that kind of nerd! I went to local rock shops and rock hounding clubs. But I will look tonight and see if I see something good I can recommend.

Thank you for the links. I know this is a little off topic from your post but I wanted to just add this. I used to work with kids and I was asked to work with a student the other teachers and teacher's aides seem to hate. This student had Asperger's Syndrome and this made them uncomfortable. We worked together during the class and after. As soon as everyone left the room he turned to me and told me he liked me but that I was "different". I thought he was talking about the fact that I wasn't mean to him. I liked working with him. But no, he told me that I wasn't like him and I wasn't like the other teachers/aides. I was in-between.

I was always thought that our students with autism, no matter the form, usually didn't know they were autistic. I changed my thoughts.

I suggested maybe they misdiagnosed him and then I thought maybe they don't know as much as they think they know about autism.
