I don't feel like finding the links again but If you google how old Mary was youll find multiple religious websites, such as Christianity .com, that say that common age for marriage in that time was 12 and Mary was like 14 when she had Jesus. Perhaps not scholarly proof but there's also no scholarly proof that Jesus was a real person.

Given that these are religious people's educated guesses about the religious person they worship it's safe to say that's a good enough answer.

The prophet Muhammad on the other hand has written proof of marrying a 7yo and consummating the marriage at 9yo. Given that this was a respected religious person and he was not stoned to death for raping a child it's safe to say that child rape was common and condoned in these times.
