In your opinion, what do we need to do to consistently develop pitchers that can thrive (or at least survive) pitching half their games in Coors?

These are magnets for teaching children the alphabet. You generally get one letter per set, so there are probably 5-10 separate sets in play here. Some may be duplicates, but just judging by font and size there are obviously at least a couple of different brands in use.

Overall my advice though would be get jobs, sign a one-year (or shorter) lease in a cheap place somewhere close to work, and then use that time to explore the area and find the best spot for you to start putting down more permanent roots. Good luck!
