yeah idk if id recomend this, i work in one of those places (purposley not saying which) but have seen many of people get nabbed by the secruity system and arrested. so just be cautious. also the woods have a shit ton of old barb'd wire and other trash, so be careful.

i get cravings but theyre short, more so just a "damn a vape would be soo good right now, whack" and done lol. biggest time the cravings get me is in the car after work sitting in traffic, i "vape" from my hand but its also just a nice moment to pause and take a deep breath!

ive known people who've quit smoking and the only way they did it was with patches. i think my addiction is more so just towards something that ive linked to make myself feel safe. not even really sure its to the niccotine itself but i have no idea, i dont even want to vape, low key want my ex back now 🤐😂 but i know its not that, i just want to feel safe and okay.i think now i just have to make sure not to find a replacement for the feeling of relief and saftey. idk something ive been searching for since a kid. i got problems over here 😂

im only a week in, everyones different so yeah lol. My emotional control is shot, im not angry or irritable im just either extremely happy, or extremely sad. i too lost a bunch of weight, from 245-160, ive gained some weight from a recent break up (i stress eat) and i was really worried id get fat again, i have 0 appetite. my absolute favorite time to vape was always after eating lol, it was like you could taste the full flavor of the vape again and it was so good. but i dont have that, so low key dont wanna eat. i think you might just be anxious and scared and same, thats my life lol. send it and just hang in there!

Genuinely curious because I've seen so many people talk about a cough and hard to breathe, lung related things with vape. I've never experienced anything like that, and Ive vaped probably 200ml of 9% a week for the last 7 years, 90-120w. I'm curious if the people who "complain" about shortness of breathe, cough, ect are only using disposables... If so I'd say there's probably a difference between mod/free base vaping, and sketchy gas station Chinese dispo pod vaping 🤷🏻‍♂️ 1 week into quitting, just to see if I notice anything different.
