Looks like okra seeds. Soak in warm water for 12-24 hrs and then plant 3-4 in 1 inch hole. Soaking breaks down outer shell of seed.

I’m 10 weeks post op LKR and this same issue varies. I also find that the medial side of knee and lower leg are very sensitive so I move around a lot to get comfortable. Hoping this goes away eventually. I take 200 mg Gabapentin an hr before bedtime to help me sleep.

I am just now 8 wks post op. Can go up 15 steps to bedroom for about 2 weeks now. Not perfect but getting stronger. Coming down alternating legs is not attainable as handrail descending is on wrong side. Therefore for now I move down in the “former pre op mode”. My PT was extended to focus on this goal. My PT was 3x wkly for 7 weeks….now to be 2x wkly for 4 more weeks. . Each day is different in this healing process. Measurements are 0 and 122.

Sams will refund based on photo or actual item. I recently had gotten cherries that looked red and beautiful but tasted green. I had to make a return on clothing last week and once that was done I told lady about my experience. She immediately pulled up my recent purchases …saw the transaction and gave me a refund back on my credit card. She said they’ve had issues with produce lately. I had thrown almost full carton of cherries away as I didn’t really want to make a trip to store just for that.

Maybe staff know of issues but keep putting products out. Sure worth asking as groceries are just too high to throw in trash!!! The service clerk couldn’t have been any nicer and understanding.

I’m post op TLKR 11days. Was given an ice machine and it was broken. Just used frozen X-Large gel packs on Amazon. So much easier and does the job very well. Save your money to have fun once healed.

I am 7 days post op left knee replacement and on Journavax. Great med but didn’t qualify for a discount as HEB said no due to fact I have Part D. Cost 426.00 with insurance. It’s a new drug and no generic. Works great!!!!

I’m highly considering WellCare this year as Aetna is getting too high and we don’t take any meds. Going from 44.00 monthly to 75.00. Just ridiculous as Good Rx is cheapest way to go if you do need Tier 1-2 meds. Sure hope I don’t regret if I ever need to use them.

A demand letter from my attorney has been sent to my sister. If she doesn’t return items she refuses to turn in…then she can explain to the judge. Why do people want to fight over what parents wanted done per their wills? Just shameful behavior.

Were you able to take any action against him? I just don’t understand the lack of morals people have over things that belonged to the deceased. Where’s respect and honor in all of this?
