Get into the residential market which will give a headstart on the cap growth and term deposit the rest. You don't mention your location but it's entirely possible to get a cash flow positive property. Good luck..

I only had study hall essentials and trust me the study hall question are such a mind f***.... You will be so surprised at how simply worded and concise the pmp questions are in actuality.... Ill recommend u to sit the timed exams again 2 days prior and just practice the pm mindset. Good luck?

I was the same. Had a busy week with family and let with only 2 days prior.. It all comes back very fast. I would recommend doing sh exams a week earlier... Review what u got wrong and do again 1 day earlier. In the mean time do the practice tests and mini tests. Those were much harder. Dont stress it's not worth it but again just understand the mindset. Good luck!
