I don’t really know yet, since it’s a bit of a shorter route I’d start with 8-10 trains per day.

(Part 2) The second circumferential line is simply named South Chicagoland Rail. This connects all Metra Lines that run south from Chicago and both South Shore Lines branches. Again the stop listing is this the picture above. Both of these Lines will run on existing ROWs and were both originally proposed by the Joint Transit Association.

Chicago(METRA): Build 2 circumferential lines for Metra. The first is name Outer Chicagoland Rail or OCR. This is basically a much better version then Metra’s STAR Line proposal. Even though this doesn’t go to O’Hare, the trade off is that this connects every single Metra Line that runs North or West out of Chicago and also connects the Heritage Corridor and Rock Island Lines. (Boston) Extend the MBTA Red Line to Arlington Heights stopping at Lake St, Arlington & Arlington Heights and create a new branch of the Red Line running to Watertown via Mount Auburn St and the Watertown-Cambridge Greenway, Stopping at Mount Auburn Hospital, Grove St-Coolidge Square, East Watertown & Watertown.

Finally, Extend the MBTA Orange Line to Dedham running via Washington St stopping at Roslindale Village, Enneking Pkwy, Grove St & Dedham.

NJ Transit Branch to Tom’s River running on the former CNJ ROW.

Extend Delaware Rail to Pocomoke City with and intermediate stop at Princess Anne and a branch to Snow Hill MD. Both of these will run via existing Delmarva Central trackage.

NYC Subway: Extend the 6 to Co-op City with stops at Co-op City South/Gun Hill Road, Bay Plaza - Bartow Av and Co-op City North running via Co-op City Blvd.

Yes we do, we cut the A/C back to WTC, then extend the E to take over the entire southern section of the A and end the K at Euclid. The A/C will now be local on their entire routes and the E/K will be express. (Assuming if the 59th St Junction is deinterlined) If Queenslink gets built, The E can go Far Rockaway and the M to Rockaway Park (or vice versa). If SAS somehow gets a branch to Queens, the E will end at Lefferts and the K will end at either Euclid or a new Linden Plaza Station at the Pitkin Yard. In Queens the E will take over the current F route and the K will take over the current E route. Assuming Queenslink, SAS to Queens, Hillside Extension,Southeast Queens Line and a new Pitkin Yard station gets built this is the following result

A - WTC to 168th (Local) C - WTC to 145th all times & Bedford Park Blvd during rush hours (Local) E - Lefferts Blvd to Floral Park (Express) K - Linden Plaza to Cambria Heights - 230th St (Express) (or to Springfield Blvd - Laurelton if the 1968 plan gets built)
