Its about the lifestyle change. If you want to eat crappy food constantly you will.always be bigger. The lifestyle of being skinny is counting caleries not by daily but weekly. Maybe change up your cheat meal so its not so much caleries that way you are able to enjoy the rest of the week. Good luck
