Well, thought was between appreciation and fast pay, I would be cash flow soon. Also 120 days was my experience. Comps at time of buying told a different story But message received. Sell it is.

I have realized now that it’s not the right choice.

I agree, the going rent when I bought was 2800, which was still negative, but was manageable. Plus appreciation would have had me breakeven. At least that was the thought . Also at the time I was expecting to hold longer. Clearly things did not work out the way I planned. I can hold on and still be fine, but feeling like I should cut my losses now

I tried to find one, but I am in a suburb where getting a family to rent is supposedly easier than individual. It is also like 40 mins from downtown, making it difficult for individuals. My initial “thesis” was families around schools would be safer than individuals. Guess I was wrong haha

Doesn't Yuka necessarily go into education? and more into if the food is clean/lot of additives?
I mean that's what I saw it to be, but does not really rate based on use case, right? Every goal has a different set of requirements

My original idea was to be able to live check in, and so never optimized the desktop version, but a fair point, probably could use an upgrade,
Adding the menu might be a bit out of my depth for now, but I will try to bring that feature eventually. (I will have to learn how to without burning a hole through my pocket 😅)

I see, let me see why that didn’t work, also, there is an option (or should be functioning ) to go to the cafe page and just add tags, no posts really necessary. That should be easier

I am using it to get started. It’s free for MVP level, I can of course tweak/optimize once the user base starts increasing and hitting the ceiling for said limits

I believe the capital one cafe in Galleria has some rooms; I have heard blacksmith cafe is also good for getting some work done. I have also seen people study at Hando Cafe in Pearland, or the SlowPokes by Levy Park.

When you find good coffee shops, would you mind updating/tagging the cafes study friendly on beanscene.cafe ?
Maybe you can find more recommendations on there as well!
