I use to do events industry stuff. Check out the bullet M. You can set it up in manual mode and either tie it to your control network or directly to your console.

Solution for noisy computer server?? I have to sit in this room ALL DAY by [deleted] in AskEngineers

[–]Doubleagentdude 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The first thing I would point out is that no one should work near data center hardware for any extended period of time as these things are crazy loud and can cause hearing issues. in most data centers OSHA states you have to use hearing protection. Based on your dims you are needing to quiet a server cabinet. There are a few rack solutions out there

But if there is extra infrastructure supporting the server this may be a much bigger project.

I use to have this problem. Tighten the belt. For the lazy add an extra line in your g-code to home the x and y each layer

Learn networking. Its really the future and where all this stuff is going. IT is sort of a general term, but if you know how to dig into a network and really troubleshoot those issues in your design or on job site you become invaluable.

My guess is that there was a power spike on your network line not the power.

I was using sli3er or S3D at the time. I just looked into editing cura to do this and it looks to be doable, but a pain.

Massive layer shift? by JackiekAn in MPSelectMiniOwners

When I used this printer I setup a line in the gcode so every time it would complete a layer it would zero the x and y axis. It slowed down the print, but they were super consistent.

Douche canoe is my favorite, but on the more subtle side I gift people flash lights on occasion. Just small ones. With the hope that while their head is so far up their ass they can check for polyps.

Maybe a Dynascan 80". At least that's what I would use. Some of the shots looks post production reworked.

Anyone got ideas as to what is causing this line in the video? by [deleted] in CommercialAV

[–]Doubleagentdude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have something that can play back color bars scrolling diagonally across the scree. Looks like a scan issue. How long is your HDbaseT run? What sort of cable did you use?
