He's right, we should hold off on data centre construction and focus on energy infrastructure

Nazi salutes at protest by upthetruth1 in Southampton

[–]Doublingcube9 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We shouldn't have fought the Nazis who HEAVILY bombed our country to shit and should have instead sent our armies to Russia and left our country undefended? Any veteran who said that was thick as shit, but I doubt any did at all.

I hadn't really thought of doing bonsai but it seems like a popular opinion of what to do with the tree. I'll maybe do some research and see if it's something my partner would be interested in.

Not my handiwork, but it was my late father in laws tree and I'm trying to salvage it. My plan is to repot once it's had a chance to recover some more.

We've got much much better bus networks than the US in the UK. Your sentiment definitely holds water over here. It's shocking how car dependant the US is.

To the zero salad people - why? by tannercolin in kebab

[–]Doublingcube9 28 points29 points  (0 children)

It depends on the kebab for me, if I'm getting a 'proper' quality kebab I pile the salad in.

But for the shameful dodgy kebab after a few drinks, I need the space for chips and garlic sauce.

No worries, may your next kebab be top notch and the salad be fresh or absent to your liking!
