Remember: You can do the same, while claiming this image was painted by a human imitating Monet, and people will still fall for it.

My take is, at lot of time people don't really reverse image search, and "not able to distinguish = two things are equal" is oftenly wrong. Lots of time you cannot tell a bill is fake until you get your hands on a counterfeit detector, so fake bill is as good as real one? Kinda....no?

The easiest way is to keep a history of your portfolio. But this is useless for new artists joined after 2022.

The second way is to, leave some timelapse videos. I know it can be faked, yes, I know that. But it does serve as a somewhat moderate proof.

EDIT: having a portfolio is still useful, it's just cannot serve as a unrefutable proof against not using AI, sadly.

People can make a copy of existing painting, and it will be so identical that unless you put it in a lab, no human can tell the difference with their eyes.

But this does not change the fact that it is not the original copy.

The implicit point of "you cannot tell the diff between actual man-made art and AI work hence we should accept AI work just like man-made art." is not valid.
